Changed your mind? If your racket hasn't been used, send it back and we'll give you a full refund. Return postage is paid by you, the customer.
If your racket arrives faulty, message us on WhatsApp with:

Rackets pick up small chips and marks through normal play. That's just part of using a padel racket on court, it isn't a fault. Once a racket has been used, we can't accept it back for a refund, even if the wear looks minor.
