Moon Padel is a UK-based padel racket brand. Every racket we sell is hand-crafted in Spain using EU-certified materials.
Placing an order on our website is an offer to buy. We're free to accept or decline that offer, for example if a racket turns out to be unexpectedly out of stock. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll let you know and issue a full refund.
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. We never see or store your full card details ourselves.
We do our best to represent every racket accurately, including its colourway, specs, and finish. Because our rackets are hand-crafted, small natural variation between individual rackets is normal and isn't considered a fault.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location. If anything's running behind, message us on WhatsApp and we'll check it for you.
Full details on returning your racket, including what's covered and what isn't, are on our Returns & Refunds page. These terms don't affect your other statutory rights as a consumer.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website, beyond what's required by UK law.
